• PAYMENT COLLECTION:  The personnel at Spartan collect loan payments and handle all the attendant accounting.  Delinquent payments owing receive special regular attention with both written notices and personal contact.

• FIRE INSURANCE COVERAGE: Accounts are constantly monitored to ensure that properties have sufficient fire insurance coverage to protect the loan.

• INVESTOR SERVICES:Payment checks are mailed to investors three times a month, including compensation for late payments.  The accompanying statement details the payment breakdown as well as year to date totals for all accounts.  Year end information is supplied annually.
